Refund policy

At The Pot Nook, every product is packed with care to ensure it reaches you safely. However, if an issue arises, please review the policy below.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

• If your order arrives damaged, we will arrange a free replacement.

• To claim this, you must provide a complete, unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened from seal to product.

• Claims without proper video proof cannot be processed.

• Please make sure to unbox your order within 24 hours of delivery, as prolonged storage in protective packaging can generate heat and affect the finish.

EXCHANGE & CHANGE OF MIND

• Returns or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted.

• In exceptional cases where an exchange is approved:

1. The customer is responsible for safe repackaging and return shipping.

2. We will not be held liable for any damages during return transit.

3. Shipping charges will apply for sending the replacement item.

ORDER CANCELLATION

• Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

• Custom orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

• For all orders, including those requiring an advance payment (orders of PKR 10,000 or above), cancellation is not permitted after 24 hours of order confirmation and payment.
