SHIPPING TIMELINE

• Standard delivery takes 7–12 working days.

• In many cases, orders are dispatched earlier depending on product availability and order flow.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

• After placing your order, our team will contact you via WhatsApp for confirmation.

• Please ensure that the WhatsApp number you provide at checkout is active and correct to avoid delays.

ADVANCE PAYMENT POLICY

• For orders of Rs.10,000 or above, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm your order.

• Advance payments are refundable within 24 hours of payment.

• Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of making the advance payment.

FULL PAYMENT OPTION

• You may also choose to pay the full order amount online at the time of purchase.

• Full payment must be completed before dispatch, after which the order will be processed and shipped on a non-COD basis.

ACCURATE DELIVERY DETAILS

• Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details. We will not be responsible for shipping delays, misplacement, or incorrect delivery if caused by inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
